We are looking for someone who:

• Has a Master of Science in Computer Engineering, Engineering Physics, Engineering Mathematics, or other relevant field
• Is passionate about software development
  
• Thrives in agile teams and wants to work with challenging problem solving, preferably in the healthcare sector
• Knows or wants to learn more about how to work with software development in a regulated industry
• Enjoys continuous personal development
• Gets excited by the latest technology, and inspired by smart customers, partners and colleagues

Our tech stack consists of the techniques below and you should be familiar with these: 

• General backend development (>5 years of expereince)
• C# (>3 years of expereince)
• C, C++ and Python (some expereince) 
• Java, Rust, GoLang (meriting, but not required)
• Docker, Kubernetes
• REST, Web Messaging
• Microservices
• Databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS and GCP
• Message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ
• Web frameworks such as Django, ASP.NET, React.js

Experience of developing medical devices under design control is highly meriting. 

We work in assignments both at the customer's site and projects in our premises at GoCo Health Innovation City. 

Our customers

In Gothenburg, our customers has so far been early medical device companies. We have been working with products for neonatal care and therapies for treating long term wounds. The products range from early phase prototypes to commercially available MDR certified products. The assignments cover all types of software development from embedded sensor management to backend communication encryption. The developer teams are small and you will handle a broad tech stack, where you contribute at the best of your capability and learn a lot along the way.

Today, the team consists of 3 consultants in Gothenburg who work with medical technology software development and data-driven solutions in the health sector. We are collaborating closely with our 30 colleagues in Stockholm with vast knowledge and experience in the field.
